Product Description
Rubber ballast retaining plate is a rubber retaining plate used on the railway or highway subgrade. It is a kind of rubber ballast retaining plate that can reduce the widening value of the subgrade in the ballasted track section of the under-construction railway or highway, reduce the difficulty of subgrade maintenance in the ballasted track section of the operating line, and prevent the flying of gravel pieces. It has the characteristics of wear resistance, corrosion resistance and durability.

The function of the ballast retaining plate is to prevent vibration deviation, prevent resonance, prevent the expansion and contraction of the rails from driving the bridge to move, and facilitate slight changes of the bridge.
The purpose of setting a fracture joint in the ordinary ballast retaining plate is to make the wall not participate in the work of the beam and prevent the thermal expansion and contraction caused by the high temperature when the train passes.
The ballast retaining plate is in a stable state when the slope β is less than the internal friction angle of the soil ф and there is no rainstorm or strong wind. The stability of the ballast retaining wall involves three aspects: anti-sliding, anti-overturning and anti-collapse. Only when these three aspects of stability requirements are met can the ballast retaining plate reach a stable state.
