Rail pad is a non-metal part placed between the rail and the base plate or between the rail and the sleeper, possessing certain elasticity and insulation properties. An under-rail pad with good elasticity is referred to as a resilient tie pad or an elastic pad. Rail pad is typically made of rubber, polyurethane, thermoplastic elastomers, or composite materials, offering elasticity, durability, and insulation properties to meet the demands of vibration reduction and support in railway operations.

Meanwhile, we have  a rubber products production line which is equipped with complete production equipment, with process flows involving automatic batching, automatic mixing, and vulcanization. It features advanced testing equipment and a comprehensive quality management system.
