Cushioning and shock absorption When a train passes, railway elastic clips can provide a certain amount of elastic deformation to absorb and buffer the impact force generated by train wheels on the rails, reducing the damage to the track structure caused by impacts.
Reducing vibration transmission It reduces the transmission of vibration generated by train operation to sleepers and ballast beds, thereby reducing damage to the railway infrastructure and prolonging the service life of the track.
Adapting to thermal expansion and contraction Rails will expand and contract with changes in temperature. The elasticity of the elastic clips allows the rails to expand and contract within a certain range, avoiding excessive stress due to changes in the length of the rails and preventing the rails from deforming or breaking.
III. Maintaining gauge Railway elastic clips help maintain the stability of the gauge between rails. Ensure that the distance between the two rails always remains within the design standard range, so that train wheels can run smoothly on the rails and avoid dangerous situations such as train derailment caused by changes in gauge.
