Selecting elastic clips suitable for a specific track requires considering the following aspects:
I. Track type and specifications
  1. Railway type
    Different types of railways, such as high-speed railways, ordinary railways, urban rail transit, etc., have different requirements for elastic clips. High-speed railways usually require elastic clips with higher strength and better elastic performance to meet the safety and comfort requirements of high-speed train operation.
    Ordinary railways and urban rail transit can choose suitable elastic clips according to specific line conditions and operational needs.
  2. Track specifications
    Track specifications, including rail type, sleeper type, gauge, etc., also affect the selection of elastic clips. Different specifications of tracks require matching elastic clips to ensure installation accuracy and stability.

 

II. Operating conditions
  1. Train load
    Consider factors such as train type, axle load, running speed, etc. Heavy-haul trains need stronger elastic clips to withstand greater pressure, while high-speed trains require elastic clips with good elasticity and shock absorption performance to reduce vibration and noise.
