Cast shoulder play an important role in projects such as railway tracks.
I. Structure and characteristics Cast shoulder are usually made of high-quality steel and have high strength and hardness. Their shapes are generally block-shaped or plate-shaped, and are provided with bolt holes or other connection structures. The cast shoulder is pre-embedded in the concrete structure before construction and is closely combined with the concrete to form a firm whole.
II. Role in railway tracks Fixing track equipment The cast shoulder can serve as the fixed foundation for various equipment on the railway track, such as signal equipment, electrification equipment, etc. The equipment is firmly fixed on the cast shoulder through connectors such as bolts to ensure that the equipment will not loosen or shift during train operation and ensure the normal operation of the equipment and the safety of railway traffic. Enhancing the stability of track structure The cast shoulder is combined with the concrete track bed or other structures, increasing the overall strength and stability of the track structure. When the train passes, it can withstand greater impact force and vibration force, reduce the deformation and damage of the track, and prolong the service life of the track. Convenient for equipment installation and maintenance Since the cast shoulder is pre-embedded during construction, when it is necessary to install or replace track equipment, it can be directly connected by using the embedded iron seat, greatly improving the installation efficiency. At the same time, it also facilitates the daily maintenance and inspection of the equipment and reduces the impact on track operation.
III. Installation and precautions Installation requirements When installing the cast shoulder, it must be positioned and embedded strictly in accordance with the design requirements. Ensure that the position of the embedded iron seat is accurate, the elevation complies with the regulations, and the connection with the concrete structure is firm and reliable. During the concrete pouring process, pay attention to protecting the embedded iron seat to avoid damage or displacement. Appropriate fixing measures such as using steel bar brackets can be taken to ensure that the cast shoulder remains stable during the concrete solidification process. Precautions Select the appropriate model and specification of the cast shoulder, and determine its bearing capacity and connection method according to actual needs. Before installation, inspect the cast shoulder to ensure that its surface is free of rust, damage and other defects. If there is a problem, it should be processed or replaced in time. After the installation is completed, inspect the cast shoulder to check whether the installation quality meets the requirements. If there are non-conformities, they should be rectified in time to ensure that the cast shoulder can play its role normally.
