III. Product Description
The type Ⅴ fastening system is a shoulder-bearing and bolted fastening system designed for ballasted tracks with prestressed concrete sleepers with shoulders to meet the operating conditions of passenger dedicated lines and in accordance with the “Interim Technical Conditions for Fastening Systems of Passenger Dedicated Lines”. This fastening system is improved on the basis of the original Type I and Type II spring clips, Type I spring clip height-adjustable fastening system, and Shilongqiao low-resistance fastening system while keeping the size and position of the rail-bearing groove of the existing sleeper unchanged.
This fastening system focuses on optimizing and improving the following aspects on the basis of the original fastening structure:
- Improving the insulation performance of the fastening system;
- Improving the fatigue performance of the spring clip;
- At the same time, considering the installation of spring clips with small clamping force and composite base plates with small friction coefficient, it has the function of a low-resistance fastening system.
IV. Structural Characteristics
This fastening system is a bolted fastening system and belongs to an elastic non-separable fastening system with concrete shoulders on sleepers. The fastening system has the following structural characteristics:
- The use of screw spikes and sleeves to fasten the spring clips improves the insulation performance of the fastening system.
- Various spring clips can be installed, including spring clips with large clamping force and spring clips with small clamping force. Combined with under-rail base plates (rubber base plates or composite base plates) with different friction coefficients, it can meet the requirements of different line resistances.
- The gauge baffles made of engineering plastics are used to adjust the gauge and play an insulating role, reducing the number of fastening components and avoiding affecting the stress state of the screw spikes when adjusting the gauge.
- The height adjustment of the rail is realized by inserting height-adjusting base plates between the under-rail base plate and the rail-bearing surface of the concrete sleeper.
